No matter what size or complexity, any design project has 3 factors: cost, time, and quality. Our aim to maintain the balance between these three elements for the entire project.
What we do:
• Organize and coordinate the project schedule and keep it on track.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate all communication between the client, design team staff, contractor, consultants & governmental regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate the production of construction documents and participate in bidding/negotiations.
• Obtain client approvals when necessary.
• Monitor and document all aspects of the project
• Process change orders, documents for payment
• Manage all personnel assigned to the team.
• Resolve conflicts among team.
• Coordinate with client after move-in and project closeout.
